Nigeria's First Lady, Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, has returned to the country after a month of absence. The wife of the president was away for medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). She arrived the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at the weekend.

A heavy throng of sympathizers and party supporters, on Sunday, stormed the Ijebu Igbo country home of late Senator Buruji Kashamu who died on Saturday at a Lagos hospital from complications arising from corona virus infection to pay their last respect to him. The sympathizers however defied Covid-19 protocols to grace the interment of the remains of the late former senator.

The assassins, allegedly stormed his residence in Awka, Anambra State Capital.
