The Family of the slain NYSC Member, Late Samaila Sabo Awudu, is demanding for justice over the murder of their son.

The family made the demand at Gindin Dorowa in Wukari local government area of Taraba state while laying to rest the deceased.

Late Samaila Sabo Awudu, a Youth Corp member serving in Yola, the Adamawa state capital, met his untimely death as a result of an attacked he suffered in the hands of unknown assailants who broke into his residence and macheted him.

The deceased died in a Hospital in Yola where he was being treated. The family of the deceased and sympathizers gathered at CRC-N Gindin Dorowa and held a funeral service before committing the body to mother earth.

Speaking at the funeral service, the Pastor incharge of CRC-N Gindin Dorowa, Reverend Philip Agbu, spoke on the theme: 'Who are you living For'. He told sympathizers that God brought each and every one to the planet earth for a purpose hence the need to live for God and strive to represent him, as death can knock at any time and in whatever means or forms.

The Clergy regretted the current high level of inhumanity in society. He charged young people not to submit themselves as agent for perpetrating ungodliness, and called on them to embrace Christ or wallow in regret in the hereafter.

The Representative of the Coordinator, NYSC Adamawa State and CRC-N Bakin Kogi Yola, all took turns and condemned the unfortunate act. They described the deceased as a promising and hardworking gentleman whom they shall missed.

For the family of the deceased, they are already demanding for justice over the murder of their son. An elder brother of the deceased, Ephraim Haruna Sabo, called on the security agents to unravel those behind the dastard act and make them to face justice.

The deceased was born in 1994 at Gindin Dorowa, in Wukari local government area of Taraba State. He was a graduate of Federal University, Wukari and studied Biochemistry.

Until his untimely death, the deceased was doing his NYSC service at Elkami College of Islamic Theology, in Yola, Adamawa state. NNL
