* Says He Will Drive Bauchi Oil Exploration

A political association in Bauchi State has declared that the emergence of Bala Wunti the former Managing Director, National Petroleum Investment Management Services (), a subsidiary of the NNPC Limited as governor would fast-track the exploration of oil and gas in the state.
The Chairman of Bala Wunti G11 Organisation, Alhaji Hassan Abubakar, made the assertion on Saturday during a courtesy visit to the Bala Wunti Support Organisation (BWSO) believed that going by Wunti's anticident he is the right candidate for Bauchi at this moment.
Abubakar said Wunti, as a key member of the team that initiated oil and gas prospects in Bauchi, possesses the expertise and industry network required to actualise the state’s inclusion among oil-producing states.
He maintained that Wunti’s background in the petroleum sector places him in a strategic position to attract investment and drive economic transformation.
In his remarks, the Chief Coordinating Officer of BWSO, Alhaji Sha’abdin Danladi, said the organisation was formed to bring together groups that share common developmental values, particularly in youth leadership development and mentorship.
Danladi added that Wunti has developed a comprehensive blueprint aimed at repositioning Bauchi State economically, including securing its recognition as an oil and gas producing state. NNL.
