Suspected explosives allegedly planted by teenage bandits detonated at Iware Community, killing 3 persons and leaving scores Injured in Ardokola Local Government Area of the state.
An eyewitness confirm to NIGERIAN NEWS-LEADER Correspondent that the explosion also wounded many who are currently at health facilities in Iware receiving treatment. He added that the teenager who is suspected to have brought the explosive device has been killed by the irate people of the community.
Efforts to reach the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of Taraba State Command, Abdullahi Usman, proved abortive as he was not picking up his calls.
The explosion which is at the side of the Iware Cattle market is one of the economic hub zones in Ardokola Local Government Area of Taraba state that comes up every Tuesday. NNL.
