Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has received a political boost following an endorsement by the Christian community in Bauchi State for his anticipated Senate bid in 2027.
The endorsement was made at a Ramadan Iftar attended by Christian leaders across the state. The stakeholders cited the governor’s track record in governance, peacebuilding and infrastructural development.
Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, Samaila Adamu Burga, described the endorsement as a reflection of broad-based acceptance of the governor’s leadership.
In his speech, Governor Bala Mohammed reiterated his readiness to serve at any level and called for sustained partnership to advance development in Bauchi State and Nigeria. NNL.
