The assertion is indeed true that Adamawa state is the land of beauty to the nation. It is, no doubt, a fact beyond the mere slogan. Adamawa is a land endowed with so many beautiful scenes that nature brought to be in many parts of the state. It is endowed with the beauty of humanity. It is also a blessed land with many ethnic groups (tribes). The people are uniquely different with enormous potentials for excellence in many areas of endeavor, leadership inclusive.
Suffice it to say that there is yet another woman, a kind personality; one Woman who is exceptionally beautiful inside out. By all parameters, she is an embodiment of talent among other God-given endowments. She is a great philanthropist, a leader of people; a political transformer whose legislative experience is quite commendable.
She is simply Senator Grace Folashade Jackson-Bent, a hardworking international business mogul of many years. She is another Adamawa good woman whose leadership potentials are yet to be harnessed. Senator Bent is a female lawmaker who has excelled in legislative service in Nigeria. She represented the people of Adamawa South at the National Assembly Senate between 2007 - 2011. This lawmaker was behind many legislative bills. Grace is a pride of Adamawa state.
Goggo Grace as she is friendly called, is a grassroots politician who is constantly in touch with her Adamawa South Constituents. She has her name against several watershed developmental projects humanitarian services in her constituency for many years. In her Senatorial district and indeed Adamawa state in general, Grace is noted for humanitarian service to her people. Her performances in leadership in Adamawa are now a reference point for others.
One of it is her water projects constructed free of charge in many Adamawa communities. While in government, and in her capacity as the senator representing Adamawa Southern Senatorial Zone, she has created many jobs for the people and facilitated secular jobs for many young people across Shelleng, Guyuk, Demsa, Lamurde, Numan, Mayo Belwa, Jada, Ganye and Toungo local government areas under the southern zone is worth commendable.
Goggo is one solid woman politician in Adamawa who does not indulge in reckless political gambles. She is also a core politician who knows the game. She is essentially grassroots-based, politically. Bent is a thoroughbred leader. It is strongly believed in many quarters in Adamawa state that calling her out to serve in the capacity of governor ahead of 2023 is going to bring untold glory to the state. She is a female politician from the Southern zone stock that Adamawa people would want to have on the saddle as governor. She is devoid of nepotism and has all that it will take to occupy the government house in Meta, Yola. Grace is a people-oriented leader, a Democrat to the hilt.
As public administrator, Senator Grace Folashade Bent is an infrastructure leader. As governor of Adamawa state come 2023, she most certainly would tackle infrastructural development and governance headlong; she will address massive employment, woo investors into the state because of her international connection with many world leaders. She will revive the Agricultural sector of the state; boost the educational system, introduce a world standard health care system for the people, both the rural communities and the urban settlers. And above all, she will galvanized the state with well thought out perfect policies that will transform the state.
The time is now for Grace to take Adamawa state to greater political height leadership-wise. She is a woman of an incredibly large and generous heart, a politically astute leader with an uncommon intellect which is the stuff of legends. This is a clarion call to Grace. The task of rebuilding Adamawa state needs greater minds than the Senator who are ever prepared to contribute to making Adamawa great again!
