Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, on Monday, fired his State Commissioners, including other political Appointees.
The governor announced the dissolution of his cabinet at a special executive council meeting, held at the Government House, in Lafia, the state capital.
The governor equally announced the dissolution of his special advisers, senior special assistants, except for those manning humanitarian services and sustainable development goals.
The governor acknowledges the appointees for their commitment and services rendered to the administration, stressing that his administration will continue to count on their support in the future.
Responding on behalf of the former appointees, Associate Professor, Abdulkarim Abubakar, who until now, was the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, thanked the governor for giving them the opportunity to serve the state and his administration.
Abubakar assured the governor of their continued support ahead of the 2023 general election. NNL.
