Totally dissatisfied with the judgement of the Enugu State Governorship Election Tribunal delivered on Thursday which upheld governor Peter Ndubisi Mbah as validly elected, Labour Party candidate in the March 18 gubernatorial election, Hon. Chijioke Edeoga, has given notice that he would challenge the judgement at the court of higher jurisdiction, the Appeal Court.
