The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, has said recent improvements to the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) have significantly enhanced the speed and reliability of voter accreditation, with the system completing accreditation in under five seconds during a mock exercise in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
