An Anti-Corruption and Public Accountability NGO, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), has advised the authorities of the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) to urgently review upwards, the remuneration, allowances, and conditions of service for Nigerian judges, in other to address the persistent poor treatment of judicial officers so as help improve access of victims of corruption to justice.

Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested one Adeleke Adeyemi for his involvement in an alleged case of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretense, diversion of funds, issuance of dud cheques, and money laundering to the tune of N800,000.00( Eight Hundred Million Naira).
