The intractable crisis rocking the Enugu State chapter of All Progressive Congress, APC has taken a chaotic dimension as the legal adviser of the party in the state, Hon. (Barrister) Jerry Eneh, dissociates himself from the purported suspension of the former Senate President, Chief Ken Nnamani and two other leaders, from the party.

Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Enugu State Chapter, Chief Ugochukwu Agballah and some members of his State Executive Committee (SEC), are currently on the firing line over their purported plot to expel or suspend some key elders and leaders of the party in the state, insisting that such move will finally destroy the party in Enugu state.

The Opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State has demanded the arrest of an INEC official, Danlami Dardina, attached to Awe local government area office, for allegedly destroying more than 100 Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) belonging to PDP supporters.

Apparently dissatisfied with what he viewed as the unhealthy role the Imo State governor, Hope Uzodimma, is playing in the affairs of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) in Nigeria, former Senate President, Senator Ken Nnamani, has advised the Imo governor to desist from attempting to "colonize" the party, especially in the South East geo-political zone.
